| All product questions are to be posted on our talk forum
SurfTalk.
This is done so we don't have to answer the same question multiple
times. It's best if you register before posting your question as
this will allow you to post them in the appropriate forum. However,
registration is not required as we offer a
GUEST FORUM which is open to the public and unregistered users. We do ask, however, that you sign-up as this
grants you access to our complete forum board! |
| Order Questions Or Comments |
| If you have a question about an order you just placed or an order
you already received, please
LOGIN to your
account and go to the order in question. This is done by
reviewing your order history at the top of the main accounts page.
To the right of each order is a VIEW button. Press this button to
view the order details. At the bottom of the order details page
you will see a section called 'Add Comments or Questions to this
Order'. Type in your question or comment and then press
the UPDATE button. A copy of your comment/question will be
e-mailed to you within minutes after posting.
We
generally answer questions within 24 hours with most answered
hours or minutes after their post time. We ask that
you be patient and please do NOT post the same question twice or try
using the form on the bottom of this page. This will only delay a response to your question. |

to an order you just placed, an order you received or a question about
one of our products. In today's computer age we are unfortunate
enough to have
spam mail...and lots of it! To help crack down on this useless e-mail
NJ Tackle has installed spam filters. To make sure your question
gets answered please use the following form.
